For instructions how to Report A Problem/Feedback, please select the platform you are using.
If you experience a technical issue with the Slacker web site, you can let us know by clicking the Feedback option. To get the Feedback Option, click on the "Email address" of your slacker account on the upper right corner of the Slacker Website. This will open up a pull down menu and you can choose Feedback in the menu.
Once the Feedback window appears, enter your name and e-mail address (so we know who you are and how to contact you) and select "Reporting a Bug" from the Category menu. Then type a brief message about the issue you were having. Try to be as specific about your issue as possible.
Once your message is finished, select the Send button. This will then submit your report to our Support team for review. You should then expect a follow up e-mail about your issue within 1-2 business days.
To Report A Problem on or with the Slacker Radio Android App:
1. Click on the Menu option in the top left corner of the Slacker Radio app
2. Choose Support
3. Under the Support section will be the Report A Problem push bar
5. Once clicked an auto popup box requesting information for the issue will appear and you can type the problem there and hit Report and it will send the log and issue to our QA and Development teams.
If you wish to know the status of a problem report, you can reach out to Slacker Radio Customer Support via Live Chat Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm PST, or through email 24 hours a day, firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are experiencing problems with the Slacker Radio app for iPhone/iPod Touch, you will want to use the "Report a Problem" feature. By using this feature, not only will you open up a support ticket, but you will also send diagnostic information from the app to assist us in troubleshooting the issue with you.
1). Click on the "Menu" button on the Upper Left of the application to open up the Menu Page.
2). Select "Support" from the Main Menu.
3). From this screen, then select "Report a Problem".
NOTE: Please do this immediately after experiencing the problem you are reporting. The longer you wait to report the problem, then the less chance that the diagnostic information will contain information about the specific issue you are report. Please be as descriptive as possible in your report, including any reproduction steps you may have to reproduce the issue.
